We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with experience in managing and growing brand presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, handle end-to-end social media strategies, and deliver measurable results in terms of engagement, reach, and lead generation.
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Assist in developing social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and trends; respond appropriately.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Analyze social media performance using tools and provide monthly reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media tools and practices.
- Support the team during online campaigns, events, or promotions.
Desired Candidate Profile :-
- Candidates with 1-4 years of experience in social media management.
- Good understanding of popular social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.) is an advantage.
