Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) located in Kochi. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategies to drive business growth. The role involves regular visits to clients, presenting product solutions, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should be proactive, result-oriented, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Market Research and Strategic Planning skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the adhesive or construction chemical industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings
