Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and promoting our services to prospective students and immigrants. You should be a motivated self-starter who is comfortable making presentations, handling negotiations, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business leads to promote immigration and study abroad services.
  • Pitch services to potential clients via phone, email, video calls, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare compelling sales displays, presentations, and marketing material.
  • Develop customized quotes and proposals based on client needs.
  • Conduct negotiations and renegotiations with clients and stakeholders.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, immigration policies, and educational programs.
  • Travel locally or nationally as required to attend client meetings, education fairs, and other promotional events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably in education or immigration consultancy).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel based on business requirements.
