We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead Corporate Relations & Placements. The role involves building and nurturing strong corporate partnerships, driving student placement opportunities, organizing career development initiatives, and ensuring high placement outcomes in line with institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Relations & Networking

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, industry leaders, and HR professionals.
  • Identify and onboard new companies for internships, live projects, and final placements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the institution and corporate partners.

2. Placement Management

  • Drive campus recruitment processes by coordinating with recruiters and students.
  • Ensure maximum placement opportunities across diverse industries.
  • Track and analyze placement data to ensure targets are met.

3. Student Development & Career Guidance

  • Organize pre-placement training sessions (resume building, mock interviews, group discussions, aptitude tests).
  • Guide students on career paths, industry expectations, and skill enhancement.
  • Conduct industry talks, guest lectures, and networking events.

4. Strategy & Reporting

  • Develop strategies to enhance placement performance year on year.
  • Maintain placement dashboards, reports, and MIS for management review.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to align student readiness with corporate needs.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Masters / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Relations / Placements / Talent Acquisition
  • Prior experience in educational institutions or placement cells preferred
