Role: State Head – Rajasthan (Sales, AlcoBev)
We're looking for an
experienced, high-performing sales leader
to drive our retail (Off-Trade) expansion across Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will build strong distributor relationships, grow revenue, and establish FiftySixShots as a dominant force in the state's alco-bev landscape.
Key Responsibilities
State Leadership & Strategy
- Lead all off-trade sales operations across Rajasthan — from planning to execution.
- Define and implement state-specific sales and distribution strategies aligned with company goals.
- Build, structure, and mentor the state sales team for optimal performance.
Channel & Distributor Management
- Appoint, manage, and strengthen relationships with key distributors and wholesalers.
- Ensure smooth coordination with depots and excise offices for uninterrupted supply.
- Monitor distributor health, claims, payments, and secondary sales to ensure operational discipline.
Retail Growth & Market Expansion
- Drive new outlet acquisition across liquor stores, wine shops, and modern trade channels.
- Improve product visibility and shelf placement through impactful retail execution.
- Oversee placement of trade marketing materials (LED boards, shelf talkers, branding units) across top-performing outlets.
Sales Planning & Performance Management
- Develop sales forecasts, track performance KPIs, and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Analyze secondary sales data, market share trends, and competitive movement to shape strategy.
- Work closely with finance and operations to ensure billing accuracy, stock flow, and ROI on promotions.
Brand & Market Activation
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to conceptualize and execute in-store activations, visibility campaigns, and sampling programs.
- Ensure consistent on-ground brand communication that aligns with FiftySixShots' youthful, bold identity.
