Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Managing Director based on team and report availability.
- Review and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports from various departments.
- Liaise with Lead Photographers, Cinematographers, and Team Heads to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Micromanage yellow-marked employees and track performance improvement.
- Verify and maintain documentation for sick leaves and attendance.
- Prepare and share quarterly review lists with the HR team and management.
- Oversee follow-ups for pending reports, reviews, and deadlines.
- Support team coordination, compliance, and administrative procedures.
- Maintain a strong line of communication between management and all internal departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Management or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in administration, coordination, or operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
