We are seeking a proactive and people-centric
Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, a passion for people, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. This role requires excellent communication, a detail-oriented mindset, and a collaborative attitude to attract, engage, and hire top talent for various roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Screen and shortlist applications based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds
  • Create and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms and social media
  • Ensure a seamless interview process and maintain a strong candidate experience
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and hiring reports
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines
  • Promote employer branding through campus drives, social media, and employee referrals
  • Coordinate onboarding by ensuring documentation, IT setup, and smooth induction
  • Track key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, source performance, and offer-to-join ratio

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency or fast-paced company
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with job portals, social media hiring, and ATS platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines
