About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and people-centric
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, a passion for people, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. This role requires excellent communication, a detail-oriented mindset, and a collaborative attitude to attract, engage, and hire top talent for various roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen and shortlist applications based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds
- Create and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms and social media
- Ensure a seamless interview process and maintain a strong candidate experience
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and hiring reports
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Promote employer branding through campus drives, social media, and employee referrals
- Coordinate onboarding by ensuring documentation, IT setup, and smooth induction
- Track key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, source performance, and offer-to-join ratio
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency or fast-paced company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals, social media hiring, and ATS platforms
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines
- A collaborative team player with attention to detail and an ownership mindset
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices is a plus
