Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
2. Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Promote open communication and maintain a positive work environment.
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in line with company policies.
3. Performance Management
- Assist in implementing appraisal systems and performance reviews.
- Track employee performance and provide feedback mechanisms.
- Support managers in identifying training and development needs.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with audits when required.
5. Learning & Development
- Coordinate training programs and workshops.
- Track participation and assess effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
- Support career development and succession planning.
6. Compensation & Benefits
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and leave records.
- Assist in administration of employee benefits and welfare programs.
- Address employee queries related to salary, benefits, and policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
