Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.

2. Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Promote open communication and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in line with company policies.

3. Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing appraisal systems and performance reviews.
  • Track employee performance and provide feedback mechanisms.
  • Support managers in identifying training and development needs.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits when required.

5. Learning & Development

  • Coordinate training programs and workshops.
  • Track participation and assess effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
  • Support career development and succession planning.

6. Compensation & Benefits

  • Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in administration of employee benefits and welfare programs.
  • Address employee queries related to salary, benefits, and policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,021.05 per month
