You are a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting the overall employee lifecycle. Your role includes handling performance management, onboarding, induction, documentation, and attendance management to ensure smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies. - Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction process for new employees. - Maintain accurate and update employee records and HR documentation. - Oversee attendance and leave management systems for timely updates and accuracy. - Support in implementing and monitoring performance management systems. - Familiarity with HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) and attendance tracking tools. - Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance, including employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance. - Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively support employees and management. You should have: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field years of experience in HR operations or similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
