Communication & Coordination

  • Clear Communication: Coordinates effectively with vendors, transporters, site teams, and clients.

  • Follow-Up Discipline: Regularly tracks pending deliveries, documentation, and vendor commitments.

  • Team Collaboration: Works closely with procurement, site engineers, and project managers for smooth execution.

Inventory & Vendor Management

  • Stock Monitoring: Maintains accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.

  • Vendor Liaison: Negotiates rates, confirms dispatches, and ensures timely delivery.

  • Compliance Awareness: Understands transport regulations, documentation norms, and safety protocols.

Process & Reporting

  • Documentation Handling: Manages delivery challans, gate passes, invoices.

  • Reporting Skills: Prepares daily/weekly reports on logistics status, delays, and material movement.

  • Process Improvement: Identifies inefficiencies and suggests improvements in logistics workflows.

NOTE: Remote Work / Mostly at Site work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
