Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Logistics Supervisor. The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring customer service excellence, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow. The role involves maintaining accurate records, overseeing the distribution and collection of diagnostic samples, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage and lead a team
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Operations Management and Inventory Management
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of healthcare logistics and diagnostic processes is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
