Job Title: Site Supervisor- Crane Rails Industry

Experience: 4 - 5 Years

Location: On-Site.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Site Project Engineer with proven experience in metal crane rail projects, including installation, alignment, and maintenance. The role requires hands-on site management, technical problem-solving, and coordination to deliver projects safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee installation, alignment, and welding of metal crane rails at project sites.

* Interpret and execute engineering drawings and technical specifications.

* Conduct precision alignment checks using total station, laser trackers, and other measuring tools.

* Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and logistical challenges.

* Prepare daily progress reports, site documentation, and inspection records.

* Ensure proper material handling, storage, and usage in line with project needs.

* Enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards on site.

Skills & Competencies:

* Strong understanding of metal crane rail systems, including EOT cranes, gantry cranes, and rail welding techniques.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and measurement equipment.

* Knowledge of QA/QC processes for crane rail works.

* Excellent troubleshooting and coordination skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Structural Engineering.

* 3–4 years of relevant site experience in metal crane rail projects or heavy steel erection.

* Familiarity with international standards (EN, DIN, ASTM, ISO) for crane rail systems is an advantage.
