Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Specialist/Manager to oversee

the purchasing of goods and services essential for our operations. The ideal candidate will

have strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of supply chain management, and a

keen eye for detail. This role will involve sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and

ensuring that all procurement activities align with company goals and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, lead, and execute procurement strategies that align with company goals.

Identify, evaluate, and engage suppliers, ensuring optimal pricing and quality.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers.

Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance to ensure consistent quality

and delivery.

Collaborate with various departments to understand procurement needs and ensure timely

delivery of goods and services.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential suppliers.

Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts,

and supplier information.

Monitor inventory levels and forecast future procurement needs to avoid shortages or

overstock.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legal requirements.

Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Knowledge of procurement software and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to procurement.

Preferred:
