Job Summary
The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of mainframe applications using CICS VSAM JCL DB2 and Cobol. Responsibilities

  • Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in mainframe technologies and incorporate them into projects.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide training to enhance their technical capabilities.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of CICS VSAM JCL DB2 and Cobol with hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
