Role Overview:
The Technical Lead will provide architecture, design, and technical leadership, guiding development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The role demands strong thought leadership and hands-on execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture and implementation using .NET Core, PostgreSQL, Microservices, and
  • Provide Hands-on Development, as well as leadership.
  • Mentor and guide development teams.
  • Review and approve software design and architecture decisions.
  • Drive process, technology, and innovation improvements.
  • Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expert in .NET stack engineering, , JavaScript, PostgreSQL, Microservices.
  • Strong architecture and design pattern expertise.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Experience in Client-Facing roles

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
