Job Summary

The Technical Lead - Mobility Technologies plays a crucial role in managing technology within projects focused on 4G, 5G, and 6G mobility solutions. This position is responsible for providing technical guidance and innovative solutions, ensuring high-quality outputs while mentoring team members to enhance their capabilities and productivity. The Technical Lead will also ensure compliance with processes and engage in technical discussions, ultimately contributing to the success of the organization s mobility initiatives.

(1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards For Mobility 4G/5G/6G Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.

2. Develop And Mentor Team Members In Their Technical Capabilities Related To Mobility Technologies, Fostering An Environment Of Continuous Improvement And Increasing Overall Team Productivity.

3. Ensure Process Compliance In Assigned Modules By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Assessing Technical Alternatives, Evaluating Best Packages, Identifying Technical Risks, And Assisting In Project Estimations.

4. Prepare And Submit Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Risks Associated With Projects, Facilitating Timely Resolution Of Escalations And Ensuring Project Alignment With Organizational Goals.Skill Requirements
1. Strong Understanding Of Mobility Technologies (4G/5G/6G)

2. Proficiency In Software Development Methodologies And Coding Standards

3. Solid Knowledge Of Linux Operating Systems

4. Good Experience In Programming Languages Such As Java And Python

5. Familiarity With Agile Methodologies And Project Management TechniquesCertification
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Scrummaster (Csm), 5G Mobile Network Fundamentals Certification, Or Similar Relevant Technical Certifications.
