Technical Lead - Embedded Networking
Job Summary
As a Technical Lead specializing in Embedded Networking, you will play a pivotal role in managing technology within projects, driving the technical direction, and providing innovative solutions to complex challenges. Your expertise will not only guide project execution but also enhance the technical capabilities of team members, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. This position is crucial for upholding best practices and fostering a culture of high-quality technical delivery.
(1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Embedded Networking, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Development Team.
2. Develop And Guide Team Members In Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities In Embedded Networking And Linux, Increasing Productivity Through Mentorship And Knowledge Sharing.
3. Ensure Process Compliance In Assigned Modules By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Risks Associated With Architecture And Component Breakdown.
4. Prepare And Submit Status Reports That Help Minimize Exposure And Risks On Projects While Effectively Managing Escalations And Ensuring Timely Resolutions.Skill Requirements
1. Strong Understanding Of Embedded Networking Principles And Protocols.
2. Solid Proficiency In Linux Operating Systems And C Programming Language.
3. Familiarity With System Design And Architecture Best Practices.
4. Good Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Assess Technical Risks.
5. Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Technical Concepts To Team Members And Stakeholders.Certification
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (Cese), Linux Professional Institute Certification (Lpic).
