About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Sales Leader & ISO Domain Expert to drive the global adoption and commercial success of our multi-tenant ISO Certification Management Platform — a key component of our broader Compliance Suite.
You'll combine deep ISO domain knowledge with strategic B2B SaaS sales expertise to lead growth, refine product-market fit, and help transform how Certification Agencies and Compliance Bodies operate worldwide.
Key Responsibilities1. Product & Domain Leadership (40%)
Act as the ISO & Compliance Subject Matter Expert (SME) — guiding internal teams on ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, and certification workflows.
Partner with Product & Engineering teams to translate market needs into product enhancements.
Identify opportunities to integrate ISO modules with other Compliance Suite products (e.g., ESG, Regulatory GRC).
Lead internal enablement and training sessions to strengthen understanding of the compliance ecosystem.
2. Global Sales & Client Acquisition (40%)Own the go-to-market strategy for onboarding ISO Certification Agencies globally.
Lead end-to-end enterprise sales — from prospecting to demos, proposal design, and closure.
Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers (CEOs, CCOs, Operations Heads).
Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the full Compliance Suite.
Negotiate and close high-value enterprise contracts, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
3. Market Intelligence & Business Growth (20%)Monitor global ISO certification trends, compliance frameworks, and competitive offerings.
Gather client insights to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
Be accountable for revenue targets, client expansion, and sustained growth across regions.
What You'll Bring7+ years in the ISO certification or compliance ecosystem — e.g., Lead Auditor, Certification Body Management, or Accreditation experience.
5+ years in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Sales, preferably in Compliance, GRC, or Audit software sectors.
Strong strategic mindset — able to sell the vision of a unified compliance platform.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills for C-suite conversations.
Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and conferences.
Bonus Points ForExperience with Compliance / GRC / EHS / ESG SaaS platforms.
Existing network with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Certification Agencies or Accreditation Bodies.
Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture and suite-based business models.
