Role Overview:
As the Global Sales Head, you will drive CyberSigma's international business growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across key global markets, positioning CyberSigma as a trusted partner in cybersecurity and compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive global sales strategies to achieve sustained revenue growth.
- Expand CyberSigma's footprint across international markets, targeting enterprise and regulated sectors.
- Lead, coach, and inspire high-performing regional and global sales teams.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with leadership and key decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, alliances, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive consultative selling of cybersecurity and compliance services, including PCI DSS, ISMS, VAPT, GDPR, HIPAA, GRC tools, ISO certifications, and IT assessments.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement impactful demand-generation initiatives.
- Partner with product and delivery teams to align sales goals with solution capabilities.
- Represent CyberSigma at global forums, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies and negotiate large-scale enterprise contracts.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales approaches.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of quarterly and annual targets.
- Strengthen customer engagement and satisfaction through proactive relationship management.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous performance improvement within the sales organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of proven experience in global sales leadership within cybersecurity, compliance, or IT services.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including PCI DSS, SOC, GDPR, HIPAA, GRC Tools, and ISO standards.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and close large enterprise deals across multiple geographies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead multicultural teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
