Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Representative/Manager located in Bengaluru South. The individual will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing customer experiences. Day-to-day tasks include providing customer support, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining effective communication with clients to enhance customer service. The role also involves gathering feedback to improve overall customer experience and foster long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Communication abilities
- Experience in managing Customer Experience
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
