Designation – Business Development Executive Experience – 1+ Years
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive with at least 1 years of experience in sales or business development. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Optimize the Upwork profile, identify and bid on high-value IT projects, and craft compelling proposals to enhance visibility, credibility, and conversion rates.
· Identify and connect with potential clients via Upwork, LinkedIn, and other platforms, nurture existing relationships for repeat business, and deliver tailored solutions based on client needs.
· Negotiate projects, discuss pricing, finalize contracts, upsell and cross-sell IT services to boost revenue, and close deals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
· Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and Upwork opportunities, analyze project success rates to refine bidding strategies, and provide insights to enhance service offerings based on client needs.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or master's in business, Marketing, or related field.
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in identifying business opportunities.
· Knowledge of the industry and market trends is advantageous.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
