Role Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive for a full-time, on-site role at our facility in Rudrapur. The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, identifying and attracting candidates through various channels, ensuring alignment with employer branding initiatives, and collaborating with departmental managers to fulfill staffing requirements. The Talent Acquisition Executive will also handle IT recruitment needs as required and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless hiring processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and IT Recruitment processes
- Strong Communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams
- Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies and implementation
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage recruitment workflows efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms is a plus
