- Rudrapur**Roles and Responsibilities:

- **
- Managing accounts in Tally ERP9 & Tally Prime.
- Reconciliation of Banks & Accounts of Creditors & Debtors.
- Posting of Sale & purchase bill on daily basis.
- Posting Debit and Credit Note & issue to Creditors & Debtors.
- Cash Controlling & distribution thereof.
- Preparation stock statement for Bank.
- Reconciliation of Banks, Vendors and Customers accounts.
- Collection of Payment from Customers within due dates.
- Online Payment of Vendors & employee in payment cycle.
- Solve issue with Internal & statutory auditors.
- Making Prepaid & Provision expenses.
- Created capital asset policy manual, this included documentation and guidelines for asset acquisition,disposal and transfers of assets.
- GSTR Return (GSTR 01, 3B & Annual Return (GSTR 9 & 9C) Prepare & Final submit.
- Data Preparation for Balance sheet submits to CA.
- Supervision of statutory Compliances i.e. Vat, CST, Quarterly Return Annual Return. & assessment, Forms issuable & receivable.
