Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Instructional Designer/Content Designer with hands-on experience in Articulate 360 and video creation to join our L&D team. The role involves designing engaging eLearning solutions and multimedia content to support organizational learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and objectives.
  • Develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and related authoring tools.
  • Produce high-quality video content for eLearning, including scripting, recording, and editing.
  • Create storyboards, assessments, and multimedia instructional materials aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Ensure content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with NoBrokers learning strategy.
  • Support integration and deployment of learning content within Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Stay updated on latest eLearning trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 2-6 years of instructional design or eLearning content development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) and video production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Camtasia).
  • Solid understanding of instructional design models and adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
  • Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or related field preferred.
