Job description :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive telecaller to join our dynamic advertising team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our advertising services, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships over the phone.

* Key Responsibilities :-

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's advertising services.

  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable advertising solutions.

  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and digital inquiries.

  • Maintain and update client database with accurate information.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to close deals.

  • Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions.

  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives when necessary.

* Requirements :-

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2; Graduate preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented.

  • Basic knowledge of advertising and marketing services is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Hindi and English.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office).
