We focus on delivering measurable results and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
We are looking for a Receptionist / Office Assistant / Telecaller to join our Raipur team. The ideal candidate will handle office administration, client calls and assist the sales team with lead follow-ups. This role is best suited for someone with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic knowledge of digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries efficiently.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for follow-ups and lead generation.
- Explain Digital Amigos' services over the phone.
- Maintain lead and client data in Excel or CRM systems.
- Assist the sales and marketing team with daily coordination and scheduling.
- Handle administrative tasks like courier, documentation, and file management.
- Maintain the front desk area and ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage stationery, inventory, and office supplies.
- Support HR and management in day-to-day office activities.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
- 0-3 years of experience as Receptionist / Telecaller / Office Assistant.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good telephone etiquette and confident speaking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet).
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and ability to multitask.
- Should be comfortable in making client calls and maintaining follow-ups.
