**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound and Inbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential customers and answer inbound calls to provide product/service information, promote offerings, and generate interest.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs, answering questions, and resolving concerns.
- **Lead Generation**: Qualify leads by gathering information about potential customers’ needs and preferences, and direct them to the appropriate department or team.
- **Sales Support**: Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales or appointment-setting targets through calls, offering product recommendations, and encouraging customer conversions.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up with leads or clients to track interest, ensure satisfaction, and encourage repeat business or upselling.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Maintain accurate customer data and log all interactions, updating the CRM system regularly for sales reporting and lead management.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and promotions to answer customer inquiries effectively and accurately.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to improve services and report on common issues or trends for further action.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively in English (or other languages as required).
- Strong listening skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (preferred).
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Comfortable with working in a target-driven environment.
**Preferred Skills & Competencies**:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
- Knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
