We're looking for a Telecaller who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, answering inbound calls from customers, and providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take inbound, outbound, and blended calls, answer questions, and document activities in the CRM.
- Make outbound calls to prospects and clients.
- Assist with sales activities, documenting leads, and managing databases.
- Gather and document sales data, such as meetings and appointments, in CRM, including details of visitors and customers.
- Prepare and execute proposals and presentations using PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
- Analyze, report, and communicate sales trends, customer patterns, and competitor activity.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
