**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller for our University Admissions team. The Telecaller will engage with prospective students, providing information on programs, admission processes, and deadlines, while guiding them through the enrollment journey. This role requires effective communication, relationship-building skills, and a commitment to helping students make informed decisions about their education.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inbound and Outbound Calling**: Make and receive calls to/from prospective students and parents, providing information on available programs, admissions requirements, deadlines, and university facilities.
- **Guidance and Support**: Respond to queries regarding courses, scholarships, and other admission-related concerns, offering appropriate guidance to prospective students.
- **Data Management**: Accurately maintain and update a database of prospective students, tracking follow-up actions, call outcomes, and admissions status.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in customer service, telecalling, or admissions.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with educational programs and university admissions processes is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
