Tele Caller - 1 Position
- **Making outbound calls**: Telecallers are often responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote products or services, explains the benefits of those products, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
- **Handling inbound calls**: They answer incoming calls from customers, address inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and provide support.
- **Data collection and feedback**: Telecallers gather important feedback from customers, which can be used to improve products or services.
- **Following up with leads**: They follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive sales.
- **Maintaining accurate records**: Telecallers keep detailed records of customer interactions in a CRM system.
- **Meeting sales targets**: They are expected to meet individual and team sales goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
