Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ASM - Lab Chemicals Products, based in Bengaluru. The role includes managing the sales and promotion of lab chemical products, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include coordinating with team members, maintaining records, and identifying potential customers to expand business opportunities. Additionally, the individual will ensure the proper implementation of sales strategies and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Laboratory Equipment and Laboratory Skills
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess data and deliver insights
  • Experience in Quality Control and Laboratory Medicine
  • Fluency in communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to manage client relationships
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or related industries is preferable
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or a related field
