About the Role:

We are looking for a Lab Technician with experience in the food industry to support our Quality Assurance team. The role involves conducting regular testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished food products to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform chemical, physical, and microbiological analysis of food samples.
  • Test raw materials, packaging, and finished goods as per QA protocols.
  • Maintain and calibrate lab instruments regularly.
  • Record, interpret, and report results with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, and HACCP guidelines.
  • Support in implementing food safety and quality systems.
  • Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and process control within the production area.
  • Assist in internal audits and document maintenance.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of relevant lab experience in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food testing techniques and lab safety practices.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel / Word).
  • Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
