Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Hematology Technician to join our diagnostic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hematology testing and instrument handling, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and specialized hematology tests.
  • Operate and maintain hematology analyzers and related equipment.
  • Ensure quality control and calibration of instruments.
  • Validate and verify test results before reporting.
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow NABL / lab quality protocols.
  • Coordinate with pathologists and lab staff for smooth operations.

Qualification:

  • DMLT / B.Sc. MLT from a recognized institution.

Experience:

  • 2 to 8 years of experience in hematology or related laboratory sections.

Skills Required:

  • Strong technical knowledge in hematology.
  • Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS).
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
