  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely dispatches.
  • Support the sales team during client meetings, exhibitions, or trade shows.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal departments like logistics, finance, and production.
  • Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales support/coordinator role (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
