Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Intern role located in Bengaluru. The Project Intern will assist with various tasks related to chemical manufacturing projects, including research and development, process optimization, data collection, and analysis. Responsibilities also include supporting the implementation and scale-up of flow-based production systems, collaborating with team members from different disciplines, and maintaining accurate project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Msc or BSc with chemistry specialization
  • Basic knowledge of chemistry/Chemical Engineering, Process Design, and Flow Chemistry
  • Exposure to Automation and Machine Learning applications in manufacturing
  • Proficiency in Data Collection, Analysis, and Report Writing
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
  • Prior internship or project experience in a related field is a plus
