We are looking for a
Project Management Intern
who is passionate about interiors and eager to gain hands-on experience managing sites and installation processes.

Role Overview

As a Project Management Intern, you will be the
bridge between our design team, vendors, and clients
. You will be actively involved in
site supervision, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth execution
of modular interior installations. This role is perfect for someone who loves being on-site, solving problems in real-time, and learning the execution side of interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Visits & Supervision:
    Regularly visit project sites to oversee the installation of modular interior components like wardrobes, kitchens, and furniture.
  • Coordination:
    Act as a point of contact between the design team, vendors, and labor teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Quality Check:
    Monitor the quality of installations and ensure they meet design specifications and company standards.
  • Timeline Management:
    Track project timelines, identify delays, and report progress to the senior project manager.
  • Inventory & Material Tracking:
    Ensure that all required materials are available on-site and track incoming deliveries.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Quickly resolve on-site issues to avoid project delays.
  • Client Interaction:
    Occasionally interact with clients to update them on site progress.
  • Reporting:
    Maintain daily progress reports and escalate issues when needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in
    Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering
    , or related field.
  • Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of modular furniture and site installation processes.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or project tracking tools (added advantage).
  • Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
  • Passion for interiors and willingness to learn hands-on.
