Project Management Intern

Stipend: 10K

Duration: 6 months

Are you passionate about Agile product delivery and eager to kickstart your career in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment? Join our team as a Project Management Intern, and play a key role in both end-to-end software product development and Agile project management cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agile Team Support & Scrum Facilitation
  • Facilitate and support daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Assist the Scrum Master in removing team impediments, driving smooth sprint execution
  • Help maintain and refine the product backlog for clarity and readiness
  • Promote Agile best practices and support a culture of continuous improvement
  • Learn and apply advanced Scrum tools and methodologies in real-world scenarios
  • Project Delivery & Performance Management
  • Track project progress, escalate issues, and support risk mitigation
  • Coordinate tasks, dependencies, and communication within the Agile team and with stakeholders
  • Aid in the delivery of sprint goals and high-quality, timely product increments
  • Prepare concise updates, briefings, and presentations for teams and management
  • Collect and analyze project metrics (burndown/burnup charts, velocity, defect trends) to identify process optimization opportunities
  • Data-Driven Project Analysis
  • Assist with organizing and analyzing project data to evaluate team performance and delivery health
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging, visual reports and dashboards
  • Identify trends in project data to support continuous improvement within the Agile framework
