About The Role
Workday is seeking a dynamic and experienced Workplace Senior Specialist to join our
Real Estate & Workplace (REW)
team in
Chennai
.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end site operations, ensuring our office delivers a seamless, safe, and engaging workplace experience.
  • This position blends facility management, employee experience, and stakeholder engagement, offering the opportunity to directly shape how employees connect with their workplace.
  • You will work closely with landlords, vendors, internal teams, and community leaders to deliver operational excellence, foster employee engagement, and ensure our Chennai site reflects the company's culture and values.

About You
Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10 + years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or corporate real estate.
  • Strong background in vendor management and landlord liaison.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing employee engagement programs, events, and workplace initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of workplace safety, compliance, and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience in workplace management tools and systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and process-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
