We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Swastik Steel Works. If you have expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Accounting, Finance, Accounting Software, Zoho Books, MS-Office, English Proficiency (Spoken), English Proficiency (Written), and MS-Excel, then we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Input and manage data accurately and efficiently into our ERP system
  • Handle all accounting and finance-related data entry tasks
  • Utilize accounting software such as Zoho Books to update and maintain financial records
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets in MS-Excel for reporting purposes
  • Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written, with team members and external partners
  • Assist with various administrative tasks related to data entry and record-keeping
  • Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy at all times
