About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Generalist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and performance processes. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, offers)
  • Coordinate technical and HR interviews
  • Conduct background checks & reference verification
  • Plan and execute smooth onboarding & induction programs
  • Maintain candidate database and hiring reports

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries
  • Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications
  • Address grievances with empathy and maintain a positive work environment
  • Coordinate training, workshops, and team-building activities

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Prepare HR letters (offer, appraisal, confirmation, relieving)
  • Handle attendance, leaves, and timesheet management
  • Manage payroll inputs and coordination with finance
  • Monitor employee lifecycle from joining to exit

4. Policy, Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure HR policies are communicated and followed
  • Update policies as per company and legal requirements
  • Manage statutory compliance records (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc., if applicable)
  • Support audits and maintain HR documentation

5. Performance & Development

  • Assist in performance appraisal cycles
  • Coordinate skill development and training programs
  • Track probation confirmation timelines
