Role & responsibilities :

  1. Organize and coordinate team-building activities, staff games, and events to encourage collaboration and boost morale.

  2. Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  3. Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for open positions.

  4. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.

  5. Review and process expense reports submitted by employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  6. Regularly assess employee performance against KRAs, providing feedback and support.

  7. Conduct reference checks and coordinate employment offers and onboarding processes.

  8. Oversee HR administrative tasks such as employee contracts, personnel files, and documentation.

  9. Manage employee leave and attendance records.

Preferred candidate profile:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
  2. Proven experience as an HR manager or similar HR role with 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced organization, preferably in the technology sector.
  3. In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  4. Good written and verbal communication.
