About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist who will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end HR operations while managing our HRMS (Keka) platform. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong HR analytics and automation capabilities, and is confident in managing both domestic and international HR compliance and vendor interactions. You will be the go-to person for HR operational excellence from onboarding to offboarding, policy updates, compliance maintenance, and insurance renewals.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations: Manage the full employee lifecycle onboarding to offboarding

  • Coordinate and execute induction sessions and exit processes
  • Create and manage employment letters, contracts, and documents
  • Maintain and update employee records, trackers, and HR databases in Keka HRMS
  • Process employee reimbursements, medical claims, and documentation

HR Analytics & Automation : Build and maintain HR dashboards and reports (e.g., attrition, headcount, leave, etc.)

  • Automate recurring HR tasks and workflows using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or platforms like Keka.
  • Present actionable insights to leadership through people data and analytics

Policy & Compliance: Ensure timely updates and communication of HR policies and procedures

  • Maintain statutory and regulatory compliance documentation
  • Work with legal and finance teams on compliance reporting and audits

International HR Compliance: Manage and monitor HR compliances in UAE (Dubai), and Europe (added advantage)

  • Coordinate with local consultants/vendors for regional labor laws and practices
  • Ensure documentation and practices are in line with international employment norms

Insurance & Vendor Management: Lead the renewal and administration of employee insurance policies

  • Liaise with vendors, insurance providers, and external HR consultants
  • Negotiate service agreements and ensure SLAs are met

Nice to Have: Prior work with cross-border HR teams or international subsidiaries Knowledge of labor laws in EMEA or Europe Experience working in a tech-enabled or global startup/scale-up
