Job Description

Shivacha Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and organized
HR / Admin Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage human resources operations and administrative activities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.

This role blends
people management, office administration, and process coordination
— ideal for someone who enjoys both HR and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
  • Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and HR records management
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll processing
  • Coordinate office administration activities like vendor management, inventory, and logistics
  • Organize meetings, maintain schedules, and assist with travel arrangements
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and team communication
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles (IT or service industry preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR tools
  • Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and compliance practices
  • Must have their own system
