About the Role

We are seeking a
HR & Admin Professional
to join our fast-paced, creative, and growing organization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic HR generalist who can manage the full employee lifecycle while overseeing administrative operations to support business excellence.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, has excellent people management skills, and understands the nuances of working in the
Events, Advertising, or MICE
industry.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit processes.
  • Design and implement HR policies aligned with business goals and company culture.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and employee engagement programs.
  • Handle compliance, statutory documentation, and HR audits.
  • Facilitate training, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues.

Administration:

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, vendor management, and procurement.
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and facility management.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Support management with reports, documentation, and policy implementation.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of HR generalist experience
    , preferably within the Events, Advertising, or Creative sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, labour laws, and HRMS tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities with a people-first mindset.
