Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager II - B2C, based in Udaipur, India. The primary responsibilities of this role include planning and executing B2C sales strategies, driving revenue growth, managing and developing distributor and dealer networks, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets in the assigned area. The role also involves analyzing market trends, monitoring competitors, driving promotional campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize market penetration and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills in B2C environments, including territory and account management
- Strong ability in market research, trend analysis, and competitor assessment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing and promotional campaigns
- Ability to lead and manage distribution networks and drive team performance
- Understanding of the agricultural, food, or related industries will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Proficiency in local languages and cultural insights related to the region is preferred
