Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Operations Lead located in Ludhiana. The Fleet Operations Lead will be responsible for managing and optimizing the fleet operations, ensuring timely deliveries, monitoring fleet performance, and coordinating with drivers and other team members. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining the safety and compliance of the fleet, managing budgets, and analyzing operational data to make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- Fleet Management, Route Planning, and Logistics skills
- Experience in Operational Efficiency, Budget Management, and Performance Analysis
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in the e-commerce or logistics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
