Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher and Trainer in the FnB department at Enviroskills Academy, located in Goa, India. The Teacher and Trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, conducting training sessions, implementing educational strategies, and ensuring that students gain practical and theoretical knowledge in the field of Hotel Management F&B Service. Daily tasks include creating lesson plans, teaching classes, providing hands-on training, communicating with students, and evaluating progress.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Lesson Planning and Teaching
  • Skills in Training and Education
  • Excellent Communication abilities
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Relevant hospitality industry experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Certification in Hospitality Training is advantageous
