Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and professionally at the reception desk.
- Handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest registrations efficiently.
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
- Maintaining records of reservations, room allocations, and guest profiles.
- Coordinating with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Assisting in resolving guest complaints politely and effectively.
- Ensuring reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-organized.
- Monitoring guest movements to ensure security and confidentiality.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, courteous, and customer service–oriented.
- Basic knowledge of front office operations (check-in, check-out, reservations).
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure during busy hours.
- Proficiency in handling phone calls, emails, and documentation.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / hotel software preferred).
Languages
- English (mandatory)
- Hindi (mandatory)
- Knowledge of additional regional/local languages will be an advantage.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred in Hospitality or related field).
- Previous front office or customer service experience desirable.

- Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
- Professional attitude and positive approach.
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
