Locations: Lajpat Nagar || Rajouri Garden

Salary: Fixed B/W - ₹18,000 – ₹22,000

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Position Overview

As a CRE, you will play a key role in understanding customer needs, guiding them with the latest jewellery trends, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all customer complaints and queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Possess a strong understanding of jewellery products and current trends to guide customers effectively.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat visits.
  • Manage post-purchase customer experiences to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Support the sales process through appropriate add-on sales, maintaining a non-pressuring approach.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the system.
  • Achieve and maintain a conversion rate of 80% or higher.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of jewellery and current trends is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Attention to detail with accurate record-keeping skills.
  • Target-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
