  • Expertise in Presales, RFP, RFI, Wireframing, Agile & Scrum.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience as a Pre-Sales Business Analyst/Consultant.
  • Identify and Review Government and Commercial RFP/Solicitations in detail and be familiar with requirements.
  • Should have experience in pre-sales (Proposals, Quotations/RFP etc).
  • Mandatory to have good command over Excel and PPT.
  • Analytical mindset is required, to understand client requirements and propose a solution.
  • Sales revenue projections, target planning and Team efficiency planning.
  • Work on Quarterly, Half-yearly, Annual plans.
  • Researches, composes and delivers responses to RFI,RFQ & RFP's.
  • Interacts with clients to clarify requirements.
  • Write proposal content and narrative as necessary to meet response requirements that are free of errors (grammatical, spelling, sentence structure, etc.).
  • Reviews RFI,RFQ & RFP responses for technical accuracy.
  • Explains Software & capabilities, limitations, and implementation.
  • Documentation Experience – SRS, FRD, Feature Listings, BRD, WBS, Use Case, UML,ER Diagrams & Flow Charts.
  • Responsible to create user stories, user guides and release notes.
  • Effectively prepare Business Processes, Process Flow Analysis, Requirements Definition, Data Models and Detailed Functional Design.
